Custom 3D Prints and Custom Design Work
Because custom items are made just for you, they can’t be returned or refunded once production has started. If your custom item arrives damaged or has a printing defect, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will reprint it or refund you in full, your choice.
Pre-Designed Products
Ready-made items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Once we receive the return, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
Services
For design, photography, tech support, and other services: if you’re not satisfied, tell us within 7 days of the work being delivered and we’ll work with you to fix it. Deposits for work already performed are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
Email Bill@wolfpack3d.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll reply with return instructions. Please don’t ship anything back before contacting us.
